Hello fellow ambassadors!!!

I just want to say how proud I am of us and all we've done this summer toward being a healthier community. Some of us have started Insanity, some of us are training for the Long Beach 1/2 Marathon (woot woot!!!), and all of us are taking small steps and changes. YEAHH!! And our videos are amazing an super funny, I can't wait to see them on CTV3, and become famous!

Keep it up CENTRAL, JEROME, and NEWHOPE!!!
